| We were
delighted to work for Bath Spa University to promote their new Theatre. We provided the
complete package including creating list of invitees, generating invites for the showcase
reception, preparing sponsorship and membership packages to give to businesses and local
people. This gave the guests the opportunity to support the theatre. The theatre is used
by students, professional companies and organisations such as the Bath Festival. For more information about the theatre and
how you can get involved please contact us for details or view their web site by click here.

We
were very pleased that Browns Restaurant and Bar in Bath asked us to organise and
publicise their recent re-launch events. To celebrate unveiling their newly refurbished
brassiere bar and restaurant, over 200 guests were invited to take up a free meal offer
and to be food critics in return. Link to Browns Restaurant and Bar in

| The
evening started with a drinks reception around the world famous Roman Baths followed by
dinner upstairs in the splendour of the Pump Rooms. We booked the venue and arranged the catering, ticket sales
and the entertainment.

Sir Steve
Redgrave, Olympic Artist Kevin Whitney and exhibition organiser Loraine Morgan-Brinkhurst
at London 2012 Bid conference

Olympic
Artist Kevin Whitney and pupils during a workshop |
The
Olympic Arts Project 2004/05:
The sponsorship was sourced by our company and the Olympic Art days were arranged in
various schools in Bath, North East Somerset and Wiltshire.
Exhibitions:
We exhibited the Children & The Olympic Artists art work at the Guildhall in Bath and
for the Princess Royal when she visited the City to open Team Bath's Sports Training
Village. The Project
culminated with an exhibition in London at the 2012 Olympic Bid Conference held at the
Queen Elizabeth 11 Conference Centre, Westminster. In July 2008 Borris Johnson officially
opened an exhibition of Kevin and the young people's artwork in City Hall, London.
The project enabled the
sponsoring businesses to receive very high profile publicity including newspaper, radio
and National TV coverage.
Following this success, Kevin Whitney, the Olympic Artist, has teamed up with us again to undertake a
UK wide Olympic Arts Project leading up to the 2012 London Olympics. To find out more Click Here to visit the
project web site. |

| We were
asked to organise a Charity Garden Party and music was provided by a 16 piece jazz band
with guest act-Josh Acreleo (who has played with Jazz Star Jamie Cullum). We negotiated for the hotel to provide the
venue & Bar-B-Que for the event. We also arranged a fairground for the children. The
event raised money and profile for the charity, and several hundred guests enjoyed the
day. |

| The
charity Send a Cow and its supporters were holding suppers all across the country during
November 2005. The Bath event that we organised was the major supper evening for the
charity. The venue was
provided and supported by Wessex Water, and we arranged the whole evening. Catering was
supplied by Bristol Restaurant the Olive Shed and entertainment from Bristol based band
'Mankala'.
Again we organised the supper in
2006. This was held in the Claverton Rooms, Bath University. Music was provided by Bath
Spa University Soul/Jazz Band and Bath University Gospel Choir 'Lifted' who provide the
Cabaret. |

A brave
firewalker stepping out 'Over the Coals' for Marie Curie Cancer Care at Bath Racecourse |
A
firewalk was organised and held at Bath Race Course where a number of daring entrants had
a go (after two hours of enhanced training) at walking over the 20 feet of hot coals.
There was also a number of previous firewalkers who progressed onto walking on a bed of
broken glass. A great success. |
