Morgan-Brinkhurst Consultancy is owned and run by Loraine Morgan-Brinkhurst MBE.

Loraine is a former Mayor of Bath. She has many years experience in organising events for charities and businesses.

Loraine was awarded her MBE in the 2010 Queens Birthday Honours List.

Loraine has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Marketing/PR/Event/Project Management & Sponsorship sourcing and has worked with many organisations over the last fifteen years.

Loraine was named the winner of the 2008 Bath Business Women’s Association Community Award for commitment and support to Charities and the Community as well as the creation of the Olympic Arts Project.

She was named winner of the Community Worker of 2008 in the Bath Chronicle 2008 awards and a runner up in the Bath Chronicle 2008 Woman of the Year award.

Marketing: Vivien Simpson

Vivien’s business expertise is in Marketing and Direct Business Development management with international work experience in England, Australia and Hong Kong. She has a proven track record in generating growth in new and existing businesses.

As joint proprietor of a highly successful estate agency in Perth West Australia she has considerable experience in residential and commercial property management. Between 1984 and 1989 the business built up to 4 branches with its own settlement agency and a staff of 32 people.

She ran the property management portfolio of 170 properties which produced a rental in excess of $1m per annum. The company won the top sales award in the North side of Perth in 1986, a hotly contested award amongst estate agents.

Vivien moved on to shopping centre management with the international property consultants Richard Ellis in Perth where she ran a number of shopping centres and commercial complexes. Additionally she lectured on real estate property management at the Real Estate Institute of West Australia in Perth.

Other areas of expertise include sales, marketing, conference and banqueting administration in the hospitality industry. Vivien has also been pivotal to the growth of local companies in the High Street print shop business.

Press and Communications: Wendy Best.

Wendy has been a journalist for 24 years. She was group Commercial Editor for The Western Daily Press and Bristol Evening Post plus other evening titles in Gloucestershire and Bath where appropriate. She was acting editor for weekend and Bank Holiday rotas.

Promotions and Events: Nikki Heal

A definite peoples person Nikki gets her job satisfaction from doing a job well, tailor making the clients needs to obtain the best results for them is something she is passionate about. Nikki enjoys being creative where possible, and started her career in Bath at Future Publishing in the Production and International Licensing department.

An opportunity came along to set up and partner a business in the catering sector with Tu Mangetout Ltd. Nikki then moved to London working in sales and marketing for a finance company and later moved into procurement management for the health sector.

Nikki worked for British Airways and when she returned to Bath she moved into sales, marketing and promotions for local radio station Bath FM.

She has now joined the team at Morgan-Brinkhurst Consultancy bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and a vast experience of businesses locally.

Events: Laura Harrison.

Laura obtained her BA in English Language and Linguistics and MA in Social-Cultural Anthropology from Durham University. She then went on to study for a Postgraduate Diploma in Journalism Studies at the Scottish Centre of Journalism Studies in Glasgow.

This lead on to a successful three year career as a radio journalist when she worked at Star Radio in Weston-Super-Mare and Bristol and Bath FM.

Laura enjoys working in Bath whilst also volunteering for various charities and organisations in the South West. The last 2 years Laura has taken part in the Great North Swim raising money for her chosen charities.

Administration and Enquiries: Teresa Perrett.

Teresa had extensive experience in all aspects of secretarial administration before joining Morgan-Brinkhurst Consultancy.

Teresa manages the administration department of Morgan-Brinkhurst Consultancy and supports our business operations. Teresa's organisation skills are efficient and effective and she helps Morgan-Brinkhurst Consultancy achieve for our clients their events and promotions objectives.
